NatWeb is a geographically replicated Virtual Web Hosting Service available to all USGS Web Server Administrators. The system provides Web security at the highest level, as well as data and information management at the lowest appropriate level, allowing for distributed management of content. ISB staff provide systems administration, operation, and maintenance and are establishing and supporting a replicated database environment that will be collocated within the NatWeb infrastructure.
